How should I arrive to the salon?
Day 1-2 is ideal for haircuts. Hair should be fully dry, down and styled as you usually style. Day 1 with little to no product is ideal if you are having your hair colored.
I am running late, what should I do?
Please let me know as soon as possible by sending a text to 623-404-3306. Your session will be adapted to the time we have remaining. If arrival time is later than 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule and a rescheduling fee of $75 will be applied.
Can I bring someone with me to my reservation?
A minor person or a person with special needs who is recieving services may be accompanied by a gaurdian or caretaker. Aside from that, only guests with a reservation may come to a session.
Why do you recommend a flour sack towel?
This tool helps to maintain as much water as possible and it does so at a nice rate to avoid unwanted frizz
